Wasn't happy leaving bugs I found in there so went ahead and patched em.

Quality of life improvements:

-Less bugs in the code

-Infraction writer on stage 2

-Pause? menu on esc for volume control/title/quit

-Randomized QTE length and keys

-Fixed issue where qte would play over next managerial decision

-Fixed issue with 5% chance of giving you a fine box that was flagged as a bad order on stage 2

-Cleaned up some UI

-Smoother camera transition on stage 2

-Add linux/mac builds

-Restored difficulty levels pre "Streamer mode nerf" (5 rounds stage 1, 15 boxes stage 2)
